We hope that you had an encouraging long weekend reflecting on the Glorious Gospel of Jesus’ death & resurrection!

3 things for this update:
1) Phat - regos are flowing in… make sure you bring your rego form to youth gropu or to the table on Sundays. If money is a problem… speak to Rhett, Dave & Row, or Adrian & Rahia… and we will tailor something to suit your needs.
2) BOGOF - Triple F [yr7-9] have a bring a friend night… any friends who come for the first time this term get in for free. The night will seek to clearly present the goodnews of Jesus. @ EHS hall 7-9pm
3) FOCUS [yr10-12] - are back on after an Easter break. They will be continuing their series from the Gospel According to John. @ the Shed… 715-915pm.

Have a great easter everybody, have a relaxing and fun time with your family or friends, don’t forget the reason for the season(I think that might be a Christmas thing): Jesus’ death for your sins and his glorious resurrection. Ponder over these things this weekend and forever.

On Friday night we had a great time at . Congratulations to Laura T for winning the best joke in the summer joke comp. Also to Matt B for the best dad’s joke! The senior youth group had a challenging time at their Careers Expo Don’t Waste Your Life.

We’ve had our phat fridge magnets since the start of the year… but saw the offical launch of PHAT’05. The guesses have already started to come in for what the theme will be this year [no-one seems to believe me that it is "Under-water Fairies"... I don't know why?!?!]

Get your rego forms in ASAP at the Rego Table at church or at youth group.

***CORRECTION The rego form is incorrect with the closing date for regos. It is NOT Sunday 10th March… but it is Sunday 10th April.

Have a great Easter [remember that there is no youth program over the long weekend... spend the time with your family in church >> Friday 9am & Sunday normal times 830, 1030 & 630] being reminded of Jesus’ death & resurrection and the choice that we all face in life.

Just to re-iterate the unspoken threat in the ad for phat video, if you are a member of youth and you dont come and bring at least one friend you will have ‘go’ pieces shoved in your mouth and ears.

Now instead of reading my senseless drivel, check out James 1:22-25 then DO WHAT IT SAYS!

I still have a lot of lost property from SummerMADness last year. This friday (massive) will be your last chance to see if any of it belongs to you. The list still includes: a tent, a chair, towels, tupperware, t-shirts, tennis balls, a tarp and other stuff. See me on friday if you think any of it is yours.

Careers Expo Postponed.
The CAREERS EXPO for yr10-12s due to run this Saturday during the afternoon of Get Going has been postponed. Get Going is still on & we encourage all the yr10-12s to be a part of the adult program all morning. Today is the last day to register your family for GET GOING.

The CAREERS EXPO will now be run during > at Erina High School on Friday 18th March 2005. We understand that lots of yr10-12s are working on Saturday and we’re keen for the EXPO to have a maximum impact.
