A big big big welcome to this year’s year 7ers who are joining us at youth and a big big big big welcome back to everyone else.

Youth Kicks off this Friday the 1st of February so make sure you’re there! This term we are asking the question that people throughout the ages have been asking:

‘Who am I and What am I doing Here?’

Our G-teams kick off at 24/7 this Sunday the 3rd of Feb at 830 and 1030 Church.

So get pumped, get excited and get yourself to Erina High-school Hall Friday at 630pm and Church Sunday morning.

Hope everyone is pumped for Seniors this year and especialy you yr10 guys who have just came up from Juniors, all the leaders want to welcome you and encourage you to make sure all your friends are there this Friday. 

To kick off the year at seniors we will be looking at Gods Big Picture on Friday nights and make sure you guys get in contact with your leaders as G-Teams should be starting up this week. We will be looking at 1Timothy at Nitechurch and in our G-Teams so make sure you grab some reading notes from church on Sunday night to help you out in your own reading and prep for your teams.

One week until senior youth is back and its shaping up to be a cracker of a term and of course, it’s the term of PHAT.
Don’t let your friends and yourself miss out on the kick off (1st of Feb) and anything else this term. see you all there.

Xtreme Teenz at Summerfest was sick! We hunted Wally, ate octopus, ran around Erina fair counting bins and learned about the truth of Jesus, our sinfulness and the choice we have to believe in Him.

Just because Summerfest is over, don’t sit around watching Days of our Lives, Dr. Phil or Judge Judy. Keep reading the Bible, Pray, encourage your Christian mates and work on what it means to have Jesus as your King.

We had our last night at CCEC tonight. The plan is to be back in a year, but we’ll see what happens. (See here and here for earlier reports and stay tuned for more about ‘08).

I’ve been thinking tonight about what type of legacy I want left after 10 years of youth ministry. While there are lots of positive things that I hope we’ve left behind, there is one thing that I hope will be a legacy that will last for generations.
